PURPOSE: An electric light lamp for light-emitting diode is provided to prevent glare by expanding a wide angle through a concave lens. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of high brightness light emitting diodes are fixed at the lower part of a chip fixing plate. A case guides the light of a light emitting diode to the outside. A heat dissipation plate is formed on the top of the body in order to emit the heat of the light emitting diode. A main plate(10) in which the light emitting diode is fixed. A convex lens(3) is fixed between the main plate and the convex lens fixture(9). A concave lens(4) is fixed between the convex lens fixture and a concave lens fixing plate(8). A poly-crystal crystal layer(5) is formed between the concave lens fixing plate and a fixing cover(7) through a tempered glass(6). A space(12) is formed between the convex lens and the concave lens.
