PURPOSE: A brake pedal sliding preventing apparatus for a vehicle is provided to preventing the injury of legs of a driver due to the lower part of a pedal without installing a bracket in a collision of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A brake pedal sliding preventing apparatus for a vehicle is composed of a brake pedal(2) and a collision arm(4). The brake pedal is rotatably supported on a mounting bracket(1). The collision arm is installed on the mounting bracket and supports the brake pedal rotatably. The collision arm permits the movement of the brake pedal if the shock more than the fixed level is added. |
