PURPOSE: An electronic finance control device and a method thereof for grasping a face shape of a terminal user by using an image signal are provided to improve the stability of the electronic finance by storing image signals inputted from the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A controller(31) decides whether an electronics financial transaction service is the balance financial transaction service. The controller outputs the control signal.
