PURPOSE: A residual heat display apparatus of an electric range is provided to prevent the injury of a user due to the residual heat by giving a warning to a user. CONSTITUTION: A residual heat display apparatus of an electric range comprises a residual heat display unit(12). The residual heat display unit turns on a lamp to warn that the temperature of a glass top plate is high after operating the electric range. The residual heat display unit comprises a temperature sensor(5), a controller(6), a lighting-emitting unit(8), and a power supply unit(7). The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the glass top plate. The controller comprises a switch to control the lighting-emitting unit by receiving the signal detected in the temperature. The lighting-emitting unit comprises the lamp. The lamp is turned on until the temperature of the glass top plate is less than the fixed temperature by the controller. The power supply unit supplies the power to the controller.
