PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing pure loess for environmentally-friendly construction is provided to plasticize at high temperature and prevent staining on hands. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing pure yellow soil for construction comprises: a first step(S1) of mixing water with 400-600 mesh of loess powder to prepare loess paste; a step(S2) of pressurizing the loess paste as a first vacuum pressure step; a step(S3) of pressurizing the loess paste until the water content is 3-5% as a second vacuum pressure step; a step(S4) of pressurizing flat loess panel having 6-150mm of thickness; a step(S5) of cutting the loess panel in a specific size; a step(S6) of drying cut panel; and a step(S7) of pressurizing the dried panel based on the set thickness.
