MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL HAVING HIGHPASS CHARGING SERVICE FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A mobile communications terminal having a high-pass charging service function for charging card amount through a mobile network is provided to charge the amount of money through wireless network by connecting OBU to the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A serial communication driver module(32) performs data exchange for a recharging service by driving a serial port connected by a serial cable and an OBU(On-Board Unit). An HAL(Handset Adaptation Layer) module(34) performs serial API(Application Programming Interface) communication through a serial communication. A serial communication API module(36) performs API operation for data switch according to the serial communication of a mobile high pass application(38).
