PURPOSE: A wave power generation system is provided to simplify the power generation system, to easily replace a buoyancy body if the power generation system is out of order, to extend the life of the power generation system by reducing the damage due to salinity, and to modularize the system by forming an independent generator in every buoyancy body unit. CONSTITUTION: A wave power generation system comprises a buoyancy body(2) composed of a rotary power generating unit and a one-way power transmitting device, and a generator. The rotary power generating unit is able to execute forward and reverse rotation for converting the vertical movement power of the buoyancy body into the rotary power. The one-way power transmitting device always transmits the power to the same direction regardless of the forward and reverse rotation of the rotary power generated by the rotary power generating unit. The generator generates electricity by receiving the power of an output shaft of the one-way power transmitting device. |
