PURPOSE: A bar-shaped high elastic stir device for a food waste fermentation processor is provided to increase fermentation processing efficiency of food waste by agitating the food waste with processing agents while rotating an elastic agitating piece. CONSTITUTION: A bar-shaped high elastic stir device for a food waste fermentation processor agitates food waste and processing agent, and which is installed at a fixing unit(2) of a rotary shaft(21) installed on a processing bath. The bar-shaped high elastic stir device includes an agitating unit(11) with high elasticity, a plurality of gripping pieces(12), and plural fixing bolts(13). The agitating unit is formed to a long bar. The gripping pieces are connected to each other by a plurality of fixing screws(12a). The agitating unit is installed at an end of the fixing units by a plurality of fixing bolts. |
