Gas is supplied to a ration body (2) while it is rotated in liquid, and the gas is introduced into the liquid from gas bubble introduction holes formed in the surface of the rotation body (2). Shear force produced by relative movement between the liquid and the rotation body is applied to gas bubbles present on and near the surface of the rotation body, and this generates micro gas bubbles. A large amount of micro gas bubbles can be easily produced without forcibly applying swirl flow to the fluid. |
