PURPOSE: Food containing psyllium seed husk, extract of fermented rice bran and yeast extract and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate evacuation while detoxifying bowel, and to improve functionality of ingredients. CONSTITUTION: Food containing psyllium seed husk, extract of fermented rice bran and yeast extract includes rice bran fermentation extract 25-35wt pt, yeast extract 5-10wt pt, carboxylmethyl cellulose sodium 1-3wt pt, saccharides 1-7wt pt, silicon dioxide 0.1-1.0wt pt, functional component 0.5-5wt pt and flavor 1-3wt.pt. A manufacturing method of the food includes a step for mixing carboxylmethyl cellulose sodium, the yeast extract, etc, a step for adding the saccharides in a compound, and a step for adding flavor and silicon dioxide on the compound.
