PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a pipe is provided to make a resin pipe with enhanced durability of a woven fabric and a glass fiber, and transfer and dry off it. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a pipe comprises a step of inclinedly installing a rotating rod(12) to move a resin entering a rotating rod into the rear side of a winder device; a step of dropping off a glass fiber(25) on top of the resin while advancing resin on the upper side of the winder device; a step of dropping off a resin-immersed woven fabric(30) on top of a resin entering the winder device and rolled in a circle form and entering it into the winder device; a step of ventilating air off and flattening the surface by compressing the outer surface of a smooth pipe wound around a rotating rod of the winder device with an air vent roller(35) and a flat roller in turn; and a step of heating and drying off the smooth pipe with a heater while moving it into the rear end of the winder device.
