PURPOSE: A level adjusting device of a separation membrane skid is provided to maintain a state simply of the skid which is horizontally adjusted, and to adjust conveniently the state of the separation membrane skid while preventing rotation of the skid. CONSTITUTION: A level adjusting device of a separation membrane skid comprises the following: a bolt(2) of which one side is fixed on a fixed body(100); a bushing(6) with a screw part(4) formed on the outer circumference, and which is inserted into an outer side of the bolt; a skid frame(8) settled on the top of the bushing, and which is inserted into the bolt; a support(10) formed on the top of the bushing; an adjusting nut(18) coupled on the bottom of the bushing; a fixing hole formed on a side of a fixing member; and a fixing nut(28).
