PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize light scattering efficiency in a thin film solar cell of a multi junction structure by forming a transparent conductive film with a concavo-convex part. CONSTITUTION: A thin film solar cell comprises a first substrate(110), a transparent conductive film, a first and a second light absorption layer(141,142), a reflective electrode(150), a polymer material layer, and a second substrate(120). A transparent conductive film comprises a first concavo-convex part and a second concavo-convex part. The first concavo-convex part has concave parts and convex parts which have first height. The second concavo-convex part has concave parts and convex parts which have second height which is lower than the first height. The first and the second light absorption layer are successively laminated on the transparent conductive film. The reflective electrode is formed on the first and the second light absorption layer. |
