摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of soybean paste using sea buckthorn extract and the soybean paste manufactured thereby are provided to increase tastes and flavors of the soybean paste, and to increase nutritional effects for a consumer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soybean paste using sea buckthorn extract includes the following steps: manufacturing the soybean paste with the sea buckthorn extract by mixing 20 ~ 35 weight% of salty water and 65 ~ 80 weight% of fermented soybeans; boiling the sea buckthorn extract in 95 ~ 100°C; adding the dried sea buckthorn leaves; and boiling the dried sea buckthorn leaves for 8 ~ 10 hours. The fermented soybeans are mixed with conventional fermented soybeans and reformed fermented soybeans.
