PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for printing bankbook is provided to prevent data overload of network by transmitting data. CONSTITUTION: The printing data including actual data and editorial information is received(S21). The received printing data is saved in the buffer(S22). The received printing data is bonded to the database structure(S23). The bound printing data is edited according to the editorial information(S24). The edited printing data is printed(S25). Printing data DB data included in each cell comprising the database structure. The editorial information comprises the blank information establishing the cell including the editorial information as the blank.
