The present invention relates to the composition of cellular carriers based on dendric polymers and showing adapted/changing solubility and complementarity to certain lipid membrane receptors including to those of the cells. These dendric polymers will be used as carriers for the transport of bioactive molecules to liposomes and bio-cells. More precisely, the bioactive molecules included in the interior of the nanocavities of these dentric polymers are transported along with their carriers through the membranes. For the induction and facility of the transport of bioactive molecules to these polymers, there are introduced functional groups, which are complementary to membrane receptors (folic, hydrocarbon groups etc). According to another mode, the active under transport molecules are connected in a homopolar mode to the dendric polymers presenting the above-mentioned properties. The same molecular transport characteristics are conserved when the aforementioned dendric polymers are connected either in a homopolar or in a non-homopolar mode to liposomes. In the last case, the liposomes are characterised as dendric liposomes encapsulating bioactive molecules either in the liposomic or dendric sections of the nanocavities. |
