PURPOSE: A display panel and a method of fabricating thereof are provided to eliminate a touch panel by detecting the input position of user through the electrode for the spacer for a touch sensor and a touch sensor. CONSTITUTION: An organic insulating material covers a thin film transistor. An organic protection film(118) exposes a drain electrode(110) of the thin film transistor. A spacer for cell gap(130) keeps the cell gap between the lower plate(101) and the upper plate(111). A spacer(134) for touch sensor is formed at the spacer for the cell gap and the other height(H2). A pixel electrode(122) is connected on the organic protection film through the contact hole(120) with the drain electrode. An electrode(136) for the touch sensor is connected on the spacer for the touch sensor with the touch of user by the common electrode(158).
