PURPOSE: A banner rack is provided to prevent from banner getting damaged while banner is befittingly delayed with the elasticity of the elastic member. CONSTITUTION: The pillar(100) is perpendicularly fixed to the surface. And the hole(110) is formed in circumference into the regular interval. The connecting member(300) is that the ring(320) in which one end is inserted through the formed hole to the column inside and the banner(400) is fixed in the opposite side end is formed in pillar. The tension member(200) controls the tension of the banner fixed to the loop of the connecting member while drawing the connecting member by the pillar. The tension member and connecting member are fixed to one side of banner. The tension member comprises the elastic member fixture, the elastic member, and roller and roller fixture. The elastic member fixture is fixed inside pillar. |
