PURPOSE: A refrigerator with a dryer and a cold store is provided to operate stably in a wide temperature range by performing various modes using one dryer. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator with a dryer and a cold store comprises an electronic freezing valve(111), a freezing check valve(112), an electronic drying valve(113), a drying check valve(114) and a liquid receiver(140). Two coolant pipes(L1,L2) is branched from an outlet pipe of an oil separator(110). The freezing check valve and the electric freezing valve are serially connected to one side of the coolant pipe. The drying check valve and the electric drying valve are serially connected to the other side of the coolant pipe and connected to an opening of an inner condenser(130). An outlet of the inner condenser is connected to the outlet of the freezing check valve and an inlet of an outer condenser(120). The liquid receiver is connected to the outlet of the outer condenser.
