PURPOSE: A fan and shroud assembly is provided to reduce power loss by the connection structure by improving the connection structure between a motor and a register. CONSTITUTION: A fan and shroud assembly comprises a fan(10), a shroud(20) and a register(30). The fan is composed of a hub blade(14). A hub is combined in a rotary shaft(12) of a motor(11). A blade is formed in order to extend from the hub in outside. The shroud consists of a blowhole(21), a flat part(22) and a stator(23). The air is blown by the fan through the blowhole. The register is arranged in the blowhole of the shroud.
