PURPOSE: An auto hold implementation method of a hybrid fuel cell vehicle is provided to improve a control method on a drive motor and a brake control system. CONSTITUTION: An auto hold implementation method of a hybrid fuel cell vehicle comprises: a step for braking by putting a brake pedal; a step for sensing the number of rotation of the motor in a speed sensing sensor and sensing the location of an accelerating pedal simultaneously; a step for converting the control mode of a motor from a torque control mode to a speed control mode in case the position angle of the accelerating pedal is lower than critical angle; and a step for continuously keeping vehicle braking by controlling the speed of the motor to zero.
