<p>PURPOSE: A differential pressure flowmeter which controls and measures an exact flow rate and flux controller are provided to reduce the time for measuring and controlling the exact flow rate by conveniently removing foreign materials from an orifice body. CONSTITUTION: A differential pressure flowmeter comprises an orifice body(41), an orifice hole(42) and a cover member(50). The orifice body is attached in the cross direction of a fluid main path(12). The orifice hole passes through the orifice body in the fluid flow direction. The orifice body is fixed to first and second orifice locations turned upside down. The cover member controls the attaching/detaching of the orifice body. The cover member moves to a specified location set as the flow direction of the fluid main path.</p> |
