PURPOSE: An organic light emitting compound is provided to be used for an hole insertion layer and/or hole tranport layer and to realize excellent luminous efficiency and luminescent brightness when applied to the organic light-emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are independently substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 arylene group, or substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroarylene group; Ar4, Ar5, Ar6 and Ar7 are independently substituted or unsubstituted C1-C5 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroaryl group, or -Z1-N(Z2)(Z3).
