PURPOSE: A stand and an X-ray photographing device adopting the same are provided to minimize the posture change and movement of an object by vertically and horizontally moving an X-ray photosensitive monitor through a guide. CONSTITUTION: A stand(130) is movably arranged on a base rail(111). A table(120) is installed near the base rail. A guide(140) has a cylindrical shape. The guide vertically moves and horizontally rotates on the stand. The guide includes a guide block and a rotation guide block. One side of the guide block is arranged on a vertical guide rail(131). A horizontal guide rail is formed on the other side of the guide block. The rotation guide block is movably arranged on the horizontal guide rail.
