PURPOSE: A motor is provided to reduce noise and vibration by reducing torque ripple by changing a position of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A motor includes a housing(100), a stator(200), and a rotor(300). The stator is arranged in the housing. The stator has a stator core(210) and teeth(211). A stator coil(220) is wound around the teeth with a distributed winding. The rotor is arranged in the stator. The rotor has a plurality of magnet insertion hole. Two permanent magnets are inserted into one magnet insertion hole. The permanent magnet generates the rotation force by the magnetic flux with the teeth of the stator.
