PURPOSE: A bobbin spindle driving device for a thread winder is provided to push out a bobbin regularly according to the amount of thread wound on the bobbin connected to a spindle. CONSTITUTION: A spindle(1) rotates a bobbin(7) so that thread is wound on the bobbin. A bobbin coupling rod(3) in which a coil spring(4) and a cone guide(30) are formed is attached to the tip of a spindle body(2) which is connected to and rotated by a power unit. A roller support(9) mounted with a roller(8) is installed so that the roller is pressed against the exterior of the cone guide. A driving pulley is connected through a belt to a driven pulley for rotating the spindle body. The diameter of a right end of the driving pulley is greater than that of a left end so that the speed of rotation of the spindle can be regulated.
