APPARATUS FOR GENERATING HYDROGEN AND FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hydrogen generator and a fuel cell generation system including the same are provided to prevent the moisture from being exhausted by separating a liquid type hydrogen generation part and a gel type hydrogen generation part. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen generator comprises a first hydrogen generation part(310), a second hydrogen generation part(360), a gas liquid isolation membrane(330), a reactor(350) and a hydrogen outlet(320). The second hydrogen generation part comprises a second electrode(365) on which super absorbent resin is formed. The gas liquid isolation membrane is located between the first hydrogen generation part and the second transfer generating part. The reactor accepts the first hydrogen generation part, and the second hydrogen generation part and gas liquid isolation membrane. The hydrogen outlet comprises the hydrogen outlet formed in the one side of the reactor which is contiguous to the second hydrogen generation part.
