SINGLE BIT BLIND OVER SAMPLING DATA RECOVERY CIRCUIT AND THE RECOVERY METHOD USED BY THE CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A single bit blind oversampling data recovery circuit and a recovering method are provided to correct an omission and duplication of the input data in a recovery process by oversampling a single bit in a recovery process. CONSTITUTION: A K times over-sampler(210) oversamples each bit of input data K times using the K multiphase sampling clock signals with the constant phase difference. A coarse data recovering device(220) selects the optimum sampling clock signal among the K multiphase sampling clock signals. The coarse data recovering device outputs the sampled bit data using the selected sampling clock signal. The coarse data recovering device determines the loss or duplication of the serial input data and generates a bit compensation signal. A storage unit(230) outputs bit recovery data in response to the sampled bit data and the bit compensation signal.
