An attachment device is arranged to be mounted on a shoe having spaced apart apertures therein in which a pair of the apertures support a pa ir of posts respectively therein. The device comprises a pair of fastening elements arranged to be supported on the posts respectively, an elastic member spanning between t he pair of fastening elements, and at least one decorative member comprising an annular portion arranged to receive the elastic member therethrough at a location spaced between the fastening elements.
