<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing a calcium-aluminate clinker through a hydride plasticization method is provided to produce C3A and C12A7 of high-quality CaO-Al2O3-based clinker without the repeated calcinations and fusions. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a calcium-aluminate clinker through a hydride plasticization method comprises the following steps of: mixing a calcareous source(CaO) and alumina source(Al2O3) in a ratio of 3:1 or 12:7 to obtain a mixture; calcining the mixture at 1,000 ~ 1,400°C and fast-cooling it to obtain a calciums-aluminate-based wettable compound; adding water to the calciums-aluminate-based wettable compound and obtaining a CaO-Al2O3-H2O-based hydrate; and re-calcining the CaO-Al2O3-H2O-based hydrate at 300 ~ 1,500°C and fast-cooling it in order to obtain a CaO-Al2O3-based clinker.</p> |
