PURPOSE: A method for analyzing protein/protein interaction of total genome and protein interaction functional in a specific site is provided to research the interaction function. CONSTITUTION: A method analyzing protein/protein interaction and their functional method comprises: a step of culturing TAG-tagged yeast strain; and a step of measuring the cultured strain. The growth rate is measured with a hemacytometer.
