PURPOSE: A semiconductor package is provided to add red light to white light emitted through a fluorescent material layer by using a white reflective material having high reflectivity. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor package comprises a substrate(30), a reflecting layer(42), and a fluorescent material layer(44). The substrate has a cavity with an area in which a light-emitting device is formed. The reflecting layer is formed on the cavity to cover an inner wall and a bottom of the cavity. The fluorescent material layer is charged in the cavity in order to emit the light emitted from the light-emitting device into white light. The reflecting layer comprises red inorganic pigment and white reflective material.
