Provided is a patch having good adhesion property, which stably maintains the quality for a long time. A patch containing a support and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the support, wherein the adhesive layer contains an elastomer having a structure of the formula I: (see above formula) wherein P1 and P2 are each independently hydrogen, a hydroxy group or an organic group.
