PURPOSE: A mounting unit of a heat protector for a vehicle is provided to prevent the crack of a heat protector by changing from a three-point connecting type to a one-point connecting type and to execute the mounting work without plural weld nuts and an expensive wire mesh. CONSTITUTION: A mounting unit of a heat protector(3) for a vehicle is composed of a mounting bracket(10) and a bolt fastening unit(50). The mounting bracket is respectively installed at both sides of a flange(2) of an exhaust manifold(1) and has a slot(19) inserted at the slip type. The bolt fastening unit is formed at the side opposite to the flange of the exhaust manifold and fastens the heat protector and the exhaust manifold through a bolt.
