PURPOSE: A medical implant is provided, which makes quick and secure attachment between the bone tissue and implant possible by forming a bone tissue growth promoter coating layer on the exterior of the implant body. CONSTITUTION: A medical implant comprises an implant body(10) which is implanted in the bone of the body; a promoter implantation hole(15) which passes from one end of the implant body to the lateral part of the implant body through the inside of the implant body; and a bone tissue growth promoter which is inserted through the promoter implantation hole, is exposed to the outer side surface of the implant body, and helps attachment to bone tissue and growth.
