PURPOSE: A hard coating film with excellent reflective appearance and a contamination preventing function is provided to lower the generation of rainbow by technologically controlling the generation of rainbow. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating film with excellent reflective appearance and a contamination preventing function comprises a hard coating layer(130). On a hard pre-coating layer, the hard coating layer coated with hard coating materials having average particle diameter of 1 ~ 30micron is formed to prevent pollution. The hard pre-coating layer has 1.58 ± 0.1 refractive index. A projected contact surface of particles included in the hard pre-coating layer is less than 20% of the total body surface area of the hard pre-coating layer.
