PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silica sol and a waste heat recovering system using the same are provided to recycle energy generated in a silica sol manufacturing process, and to reduce manufacturing reaction time. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovering system comprises the following steps of: putting water and silicon powder supplied from a water supply tank(1) and a supply tank(2) into an alkaline aqueous solution; supplying generated hydrogen gas and vapor to an incinerator(19); collecting waste heat from a heat-exchanger(20,21); supplying waste oil indirectly heated by a waste oil tank(11) to the incinerator; supplying the hydrogen gas and the vapor to the incinerator; mixing and agitating the waste oil, gas, and the vapor in a fuel/gas agitator(14); supplying a vaporized compound to the incinerator; and supplying volatile gas and the vapor to the incinerator through a blower(12). |
