The green tea dashik (Korean traditional honey cake), and a method for preparing the green tea dashik are provided to improve the functionality, the storage stability and the texture. The green tea dashik comprises a nonglutinous rice powder; a green tea powder; and sugar. Preferably the green tea dashik comprises 70-80 parts by weight of a nonglutinous rice powder; 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a green tea powder; and 20-30 parts by weight of sugar. |
