A COLLABORATIVE MIMO USING A SOUNDING CHANNEL IN A MULTI-CELL ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: A cooperative MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-Output) technique using a multi user precoding matrix in multiple cellular environment is provided to efficiently acquire CSI for performing cooperative MIMO in multi-cell environment. CONSTITUTION: An uplink sounding signal is transmitted to cooperative base stations and a serving base station(S802). The cooperative base stations receive the signal transmitted to the specific terminal by using a multiuser precoding matrix based on uplink sounding signal. The multiuser precoding matrices uses the uplink sounding signal. A CHI(Channel State Information) is presumed(S805). The multiuser precoding matrix is calculated by using the presumed CSI.
