PURPOSE: A portable terminal capable of displaying a screen of another portable terminal and a control method thereof are provided to display a screen of another portable terminal on a portable terminal with at least two display areas, thereby enabling the user to see a screen of another portable terminal in the portable terminal of the user. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal is connected to another portable terminal through wire and wireless communication. A screen of the portable terminal is displayed on the first display region. A screen of another portable terminal is displayed on the second display region(S15). A screen of another portable terminal displayed on the second display region is refreshed at fixed time interval(S30).
