#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves circulating water (2) of a basin (1) by using a water circulation unit i.e. pump (3), in a heat recovery equipment (9) positioned with respect to a cooking appliance (4) for heating water by the cooking appliance. A water circuit of the heat recovery equipment includes an open container permitting evacuation of overpressure, where a part of the water circuit is constituted by metallic pipes (5-7).
