POWDER COATING AND CURING APPARATUS WITH INFRARED RAY AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A powder coating and curing apparatus with near infrared ray and a method using the same are provided to shorten processing time by performing a pre-processing and curing process using near infrared rays and to reduce work space necessary to establish a process line for performing a pre-processing and curing process. CONSTITUTION: A powder coating and curing apparatus(200) with near infrared rays comprises a transfer unit(220) that fixes a coated material, transfers it with passing through the inside of a first near infrared ray heating unit, a powder paint spray unit, and a second near infrared ray heating unit, and rotates the coated material; a first near infrared ray heating unit(230) for incinerating and preheating contaminants on the surface by irradiating near infrared rays on the coated material; a powder paint spray unit(240) for spraying and absorbing the powder paint; and a second near infrared ray heating unit(260) for curing the coating material on the surface.
