PURPOSE: A synthetic resin sheet for construction of a bathroom ceiling having a cutting groove and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily execute a work without additional heating in bending of a sheet and to improve the quality of a bending portion. CONSTITUTION: A cutting groove(12) having the V-shaped cross section is formed on one side of a synthetic resin sheet for construction of a bathroom ceiling to facilitate the bending. The synthetic resin sheet is formed in an integrated structure divided into a sheet main body part(10) and a wing part(11) by the cutting groove.
