PURPOSE: A nozzle assembly for adjusting water height of fountains and a water level control device having the same are provided to change the amount of water sprayed from each nozzle by controlling the openness of a valve. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle assembly for adjusting water height of fountains comprises a nozzle(3), a water supply pipe(5), and a three way valve(7). The nozzle sprays the water. The water supply pipe supplies the water which is used for the fountains. The three way vale adjusts the amount of the water supplied to the nozzle. The three way vale comprises a valve body(30), a discharge sheet(39), a drainage sheet(40), a valve plunger(60), and an opening and closing control unit(70). A drainage disc adjusts the openness of a drain hole. The opening and closing control unit moves the valve plunger according to an axis line.
