The system has a platform (P1) supported by supports (S1) fixed at a solid base (B1), where the base is installed at the sea bottom. Two alternators (A1, A2) are installed on the platform and equipped with toothed wheels and a battery charger. A floater shell (CF) with an integrated toothed bar (C) float on the sea and slides between the wheels of the alternators, where the bar is integrated at a middle of an upper part of the shell. The floater shell and toothed bar turn the alternators for producing electricity to charge batteries, when the sea rises and lowers by tide and swell effects.
