PURPOSE: An autonomic nervous system analyzing device is provided to measure a state of an autonomic nervous system by measuring an electrocardiogram value through a belt type sensor. CONSTITUTION: A belt(100) is worn in the breast of a patient. An electrocardiogram sensor(110) is arranged on an inner surface of the belt. The electrocardiogram sensor senses the electrocardiogram value in the contraction of the heart. The electrocardiogram sensor includes a surface electrode(111) and an active electrode(112). A surface electrode is not contacted with the skin of the patient. An active electrode senses the potential sensed by the surface electrode. The controller compares the autonomic nervous system data with the maximum value of the electrocardiogram value sensed by the electrocardiogram sensor.
