PURPOSE: A glass window cleaning device is provided to reduce the power waste by cleaning a glass window by wind flow. CONSTITUTION: A pair of fixed frames(110) are horizontally fixed on the top and bottom of a window frame. A vertical frame is connected with the fixed frames, and moved left and right. A horizontal operation unit operates the vertical frame to be moved left and right. A vertical operation unit(410) is moved up and down. A power generating unit operates the vertical operation unit to be moved up and down.
