PURPOSE: A method for separating a metal form a metal inserted cable is provided to simplify a metal separation process by removing viscosity of a fin wire bundle through a cooling process. CONSTITUTION: A cable(200) is comprised of a fine line bundle(100), a first sheath(11), and a second sheath(20). The fine line bundle is comprised of a plurality of copper wires(10). The first sheath and the second sheath successively surround the fine line bundle. The fine line bundle is separated from the second sheath by a cutting method. The separated fine line bundle is cooled on a region with the lower temperature than a room temperature for a preset time. The cooled fine line bundle is pulverized. The first sheath and the metal are separated from the pulverized fine line bundle.
