The plate (2) has a face (22) fixed on a fixation face (12) of the plate (1) by a screw (4). A blocking unit blocks the plate (2) on the plate (1) in rotation, around a horizontal axis (Z) perpendicular to the plate (1). The blocking unit has a flat blocking platform (5) arranged perpendicular to the plate (1), and a stop (52) integrated to the plate (2). The stop is supported against the platform to block the rotation of the plate (2) on the plate (1).
