PURPOSE: A sleep mode management method, the terminal and a sleep mode management device are provided to manage terminals with similar watch period as a group. CONSTITUTION: A listening period operation unit(230) receives a control signal from a period base station in a sleep period. In case the control signal shows data corresponding to the terminal does not exist, the listening period operation unit enters into the sleep period. In case the control signal shows data corresponding to the terminal exists, the operation part receives a message data. A transceiver(210) receives a group ID in which the terminal belongs and a frame number listening to data from the base station.
